As an IT Manager’s main role is to manage IT infrastructure including company data centers, servers, network, voice, computers and laptops, data carrier links in addition to managing IT team working in these areas.
Job Description:
| KRA1: Maintain the right business continuity standards/ new IT project implementation:
1. Manage the IT Infrastructure for with more than 3000 users (24×7 Operation). 2. Develop technical solutions for new customers. 3. Managing customers SLA, prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports. 4. Point of Contact for communication with Egyptian governmental IT entities. 5. Working with ISON Global IT team for upgrade/enhancement IT infrastructure to match the global standard. 6. Responsible for applying company IT standard/processes and procedure within company EGYPT sites. 7. Vendor management (ISPs/Data Carriers, software/Hardware companies) with the help of purchasing team.
KRA2: Team management: 1. Manage VOIP/Network/System and Web development engineering teams. 2. Managing KPIs and performance review for IT stuff/doing performance monitoring. 3. Managing daily/weekly and monthly meetings with the team members. 4. IT budget management. 5. Managing IT Operation daily tasks. |
Qualifications:
· B.Sc. degree in IT, computer Science or any related field
· 7 years of experience in IT managerial level
· Has leadership role
· Manage (All titles in IT department)
