A well established PBO company located in Heliopolis is hiring a Sales Head.
Job Description:
As Sales Head is driving force behind Putting Sales Strategy in place, Implementation in the light of company expansion and gross plans (Locally and offshore ) , generating new sales leads and contacts.
- KRA1: Strategic planning:
1. Create all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
2. Invest in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales team and upper management, for use
in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
3. Plan and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
4.Develop a growth strategy focused on expansion, services enhancement and penetration, financial gain and customer satisfaction
KRA2: Attract New Accounts:
1. Connect to organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
2. Plan and adhere events.
3. Find and developing new markets and improving sales.
4. Review sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
KRA3: Client Communication :
1. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
2. Arrange business meetings ( kickoff ) with prospective clients and concerned parties
3.Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
4. Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
5. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
7.Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Qualifications:
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• CBDE (Certified Business Development Expert) is an edge
• Minimum 10 years in BPO sales Management level.
