Benchmark is hiring #Recruitment senior specialist for one of its clients located in #Abu Rawash.

Job Description:
Find and retain excellent employees. will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Lead employment branding initiatives
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Assist in employee retention and development
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or human resource management (or related field)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient with social media and recruiting platforms
5+ years of Experience in recruiting or human resources
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Certifications in HR is preferable
Team building, Problem-solving, Time management and Negotiations skills
Excellent communications skills, and report presenting.
