A well established (Call center outsourcing) company located in Heliopolis is hiring a Training Head.
Job Description:
As a Training Head, main role is to manage training function to implement operational training programs for new hires and existing employees
He/She is also leading training team daily tasks and overall performance.

KRA1: Manage training Function: 1. Supervise the content of training programs, evaluate and develop needed programs
2. Evaluate training sessions effectiveness for new hires and current operation support staff, identify gaps and set plans to cover those gaps
3. Set monthly and yearly training plans and budgets
4. Manage clients’ communication for any requests or updates related to knowledge to be updated in the K-Base
5. Represent training team in global meetings and business review presentations
6. Coordinate audit activities in training team
7. Guide managers and supervisors in developing training skills
8. Deliver training programs
KRA2: Manage training team:
1. Manage training team performance, set KPIs and take corrective actions
2. Facilitate team needs of training stationary needs and tools
Qualifications:
· A higher degree in any discipline
· Certified in L&D and Management · From 3 to 4 years of experience as Sr. Training Specialists |
